We are seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join our international trademark team. Prior experience is helpful, but what matters most to us is intellectual curiosity, pride in your work, and a genuine desire to build a career in international trademark and enforcement work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage global trademark portfolios and coordinate with foreign counsel
- Coordinate international trademark filings and enforcement matters
- Support attorneys in trademark enforcement matters
- Handle online takedowns across major global platforms
- Assist with foreign associate management, billing, and docketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of trademark experience preferred (strong junior candidates considered)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with international trademark procedures
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
